each prospective student, return:

current school year.
(If this is not available, TCA will
administer placement tests at the time of the Family Meeting.)

Upon
receipt of the above information, TCA will call to schedule
a Family Meeting with parents and prospective student(s). The
Family Meeting is an opportunity to meet and screen your child(ren),
answer your questions, and review school policies. It gives
us and you the opportunity to assess if TCA is the best fit
for your child(ren) and family.

TCA
will contact family regarding status of acceptance.

Upon
acceptance, a contract offer will be mailed to the parents.
Students
who are currently enrolled in TCA receive first priority for
enrollment in the next academic year followed in priority sequence
by new students from continuing families (e.g. siblings), children
of staff, new School Within A School students, and then other
new students, giving preference to siblings of newly enrolled
students.

Involvement
Parent
involvement is essential to the successful functions of TCA.
Through the many volunteer opportunities both in and out of
the classroom, parents enrich the school environment and the
feeling of the TCA family.
