Information for New Students

 

Ψ       Applications for enrollment of new students should be submitted at the earliest possible date to indicate your intention, facilitate planning and to ensure placement.

 

Ψ       Uniforms are mandatory for all children K-8.

 

Ψ       A copy of your child’s birth certificate and report card must accompany the application.

 

Ψ       Proof of current, state-required immunizations must be provided.

 

Ψ       Private school transportation reimbursement is available K-8 (see Form B6T), if your township provides child transportation to public school and you live over 2 miles from TCA.

 

Tuition and Fee Payment

 

Ψ       Our tuition and fees are contracted for the entire school year and are non-refundable unless your family moves due to a job transfer, loss of employment, medical illness or we are not able to admit your child. If a student enters TCA during the school year, tuition will be charged for each month the student is registered at 1/10 of the annual tuition regardless of the number of days in attendance the first month.

 

Ψ       10 Month Plan – Managed through the FACTS Management Company. FACTS is used by Christian Schools across the country to provide parents a method to divide their payments into 10 equal monthly payments beginning in August and ending in May. All 10 month payment plans must be processed through FACTS.  Applications are available in the Main Office.

 

Ψ       Annual Plan - offers a 5% discount. Full payment is due directly to TCA by August 1 of each year.

 

 

Ψ       After School Care - A late charge of $1 per minute per child will be assessed for each minute interval after 5:30pm. This charge is paid to the aftercare staff in cash upon your late arrival.

 

Ψ       Non-sufficient funds checks will be assessed a $25 fee. A money order is required with the replacement of the non-sufficient amount.  Please include the $25 fee.  The replacement amount is due three days from the date of notification.  

 

Ψ       Two children in TCA – First child at 100%, second child receives a 15% tuition discount, third child receive a 20% tuition discount and fourth child receives a 25% discount.

Ψ       A 20% tuition discount is offered to First Baptist Church families that meet the qualifications for church member discount.

Ψ        There are no multiple child discounts or scholarships available for pre-school or after school care.

Ψ       Tuition assistance is available to families that qualify in K-8 grade. Please contact the main office for information and applications. Note: Multiple student and full payment discounts do not apply to scholarship recipients.
